Our Beliefs

What We Believe

We believe in the verbal inspiration and authority of the Scriptures.

We believe that God has preserved His words to each generation and that the Old King James Bible is the correct translation of His words for English speaking people.

We believe that the Bible reveals God, the fall of man, the way of salvation, and God's plan and purpose in the ages.

We believe in God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.

We believe in the deity, virgin birth, and bodily resurrection of Jesus Christ.

We believe that salvation is by grace, plus nothing and minus nothing. The conditions to salvation are repentance and faith.

We believe that men are justified through faith alone and are accounted righteous before God only through the merit of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

We believe in the visible, personal, and premillennial return of Jesus Christ.

We believe in the everlasting conscious blessedness of the saved and the everlasting conscious punishment of the lost.

What We Do

We have only traditional services with conservative music.

We use only the Old King James Bible for all services that are conducted in English.

We maintain a strong emphasis on world evangelization through personal soul winning, discipleship, and faith promise missions.

We recognize the home is the basic unit of society and that a home properly founded on Jesus Christ will survive the onslaught of the devil's attacks.

We seek to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ by giving Him the preeminence in all things.

What We Are

We are a Bible believing, Bible practicing, local New Testament Church.

Bible Believing means that we believe that the Bible is the plenary and verbally inspired Word of god. It is inerrant, infallible and God-breathed, and therefore is the final authority for faith and life. The sixty-six books of the Old and New Testaments are the complete and divine revelation of God to man. We hold to the fundamentals of the faith clearly taught in the Bible such as the deity of Christ; the virgin birth of Christ; the sinless life of Christ; the vicarious death and bodily resurrection of Christ; salvation by the Grace of God through faith in Christ; the eternal security of the believer; the visible, bodily return of Christ to the earth.

Bible Practicing means that we seek to obey the instructions given to us in the Bible and that we follow the New Testament as our model and authority for the operation of the church. This is what we mean by New Testament Church.

Local Church means that we are a self-governing body run locally and not a member of any council, convention, or any hierarchy outside the local congregation. We have fellowship with other churches of the like and faith and practice and often cooperate in things such as evangelism but we are not subject to ecclesiastical powers without.

Local New Testament Churches are the Lord's primary bases of operation for world evangelization and for our service to Him; therefore, we must associate ourselves with the unit to which He assigns to us in order to most effectively serve Him.
